I just got off the phone with Ebay and made a formal complaint.

I have had several phone dealings with Ebay and results were always fine.

I explained to Ebay representative that this seller is costing them money by tying up potential buyers time with useless results showing up on searches and buyers not finding items they want to bid on or purchase. I was told to try my search again in a week and if same result happens to call Ebay Policy Department and report policy violation again on this seller.
