If they would only mind their own business and let this man do his job. But no, they got to treat him like he's a piece of shīt. The man knows exactly what he's doing and knows exactly what has to be done where and when in order to patch up the holes. Can't they get this through their thick skull?

This is the first time, ever, we had a street-smart (knows his shop inside-out) leader who knows every aspect in running a business. He's done it all his life and worked side-by-side with everyone on his team. Leave him alone and let him work at what he knows best.
