I am generally in agreement with your position. I thought the initial reply was a little harsh. If I were accused of stealing, I would be offended. I thought that Ian handed it well. I guess the fact that Ian didn't use his last name slipped past the crowd, but then again, I am sure that they will correct him in the future.
