Your worry about selling to someone who just created an account and has no feedback is that they claim the merchandise didin't arrive and request a refund. Seems EBAY has a liberal policy on favoring the buyer in this case. There is no appeal on EBAY's side for the seller. That would be my worry at this point. However, I would not give a refund if I had proof of mailing which is a good idea on sales of more than $100....tracking, tracking, insurance?
