I sold something on ebay for $100 to someone that has zero history. Their account was set up 2/18 but they've never used it. I'm very leery of getting screwed on the transaction. Should I cancel the sale? Request signature of delivery? Will Ebay's Seller protection plan apply to this transaction? not sure what to do but I have a bad feeling
