Is that chip clay or plastic? (I have seen both)
My inlaid clay star chips seem more like stickers than proper pressed inlays.
Because of the timing and location where these show up I suspect they were made by whoever made the large square mold's, possibly Hunt's because again it ties in with the timing of when they made their own.
