I always tell them it is just a fat or large envelope. And do mention no insurance. Then always around $1.00 and that seems to depend on the clerk.

I have learned this from our friend Reggie. Why insure a chip that is only worth a dollar. Called self insurance and between all on this board trust is 100% so if it gets lost, it got lost.
