We stayed on the 5th floor at the Mizpah Hotel on our way home from the 2017 convention. Every day, the manager would hide a mannequin wearing a red dress in one of the empty guest rooms. When a visitor checked in, if they found the Lady in red hiding in their closet, they would get a free night stay. The Woman in red purportedly whispered in ears of men when they rode the ancient elevator alone. I can't say that I ever heard her but the elevator operator's license gave me the chills. Reminded me of a scene from Stephen King's, The Shining.
