This is the exact finish that is on the orange and blue Mirage roulettes that I found a few weeks ago. I have not seen this finish before either but I believe that these may be early Chipcos. If my notes are correct they started production in 1987 and Mirage opened in 1989. They may have been experimenting with a way to eliminate "white ring disease". Does anyone know for certain?
