Throw your cards (or your drink, or anything else) at the dealer.

Bend or crease your cards.

Bang on or hit a slot machine.

Comment on another card-player's lack of skill ("You numbskull! You shoulda split that blackjack hand!").

Try inserting fake chips, or chips from another casino, into your stack at a table.

Make off with "forbidden" chips such as Tournament ones.

Drive away in that fabulous new car you won. (They don't have gasoline in the tanks. Think. Would a casino display a car with 20 gallons of explosive gas???)
