GOOD MORNING FRED,

I HAVE VIOLATED #2 MORE TIMES THAN I CAN EVEN REMEMBER...

I HAVE BEEN VERY CLOSE TO VIOLATING #5 BUT HAVE NEVER PULLED THE TRIGGER....

I HONESTLY THINK MY WIFE WOULD KILL ME IF I LOST EVEN MORE ON A CASH ADVANCE.
