The biggest joke (seriously) is deciphering ~~~

~~~ a voter's intent when reviewing ballots that have not been cast properly.
Instructions are very easy to follow when filling out a ballot yet, there are so many that don't even come close to doing it correctly.
Teams of recounters are actually looking at ballots with circled candidates names, arrows pointing to the bottom of the ballots with notes and even some with a dot or X somewhere on the ballot and the SOE actually said in front of the world "trying to figure out who a voter wanted to vote for with unusual markings on a ballot can take a lot of time." Then, on top of all this, they are finding a ton of ballots that were not even counted and they are trying to figure out why they were in boxes in closets and storage rooms.
and not with all the other ballots.
The bottom line (according to some) is that "all voter's ballots are important and should be recounted." In my opinion, there should not be any guessing in who a voter voted for or "meant" to vote for.
