Steve requested Combined shipping and i obliged with an invoice with $6.70 shipping that provided that. One lot of 12 chips was shipped for $3.95 and because of the weight, when 2 or more lots are won i send them Priority Flat Rate Envelope for $6.70. So he is complaining about paying $2.75 to ship the 2nd lot.

We messaged back and forth a number of times but I couldnt seem to satisfy him , so the transaction was cancelled and we could move on.

I always try to send chips the least expensive way possible and in many cases pick up the Insurance for the buyer on more expensive items.
