I just received 5 notched Chipcos in the mail this afternoon from Rich Burgel...
4 of the 5 were no problem to identify and log into my database...

But this one has me stumped... there are several references to "Casino London"
in the ChipGuide, but I did not see this chip pictured... any ideas? And why a
dollar sign instead of a pound sign?
