A stained chip isn't necessarily a "bad" one -

at least in my humble opinion. Yeah, not as valuable as could be, but still . . . shows it was thrashed around in the name of "fun gaming" years back.

I know - the YELLOW blank chip is the valuable one! Looks just like the pumpkin I have to cook up tonight. What else to do with recycled jack o'lanterns? This year's pumpkin theme was "Anger In The Kitchen" which came about when my roommates tried to grind up the little cut-out pieces of pumpkin in the garbage disposer. I came home last night to find both of them desperately plunging the kitchen sink, one of them yelled out, "HE'S HERE!" (That means me.) Tenants are so amusing when they try to solve their blunders. We finally hit on a Three Stooges method of clearing the clog: one guy took apart the trap under the sink, another ran a hand-auger down the line, and I stuck the garden hose down the main line from the outside of the house and we all ran the water at the same time.

We had a decent Halloween after all, so the yellow chip is a reminder of happiness and sunnier days ahead.
