No John. I don´t now. Most of the times the monogram is from the owner and not from the casino.
In addition it is often wrong to compare monograms because it was the manufacturer that made them and the same monogram, even CC with the same desgn for example may correspond to different casinos or cercles.
Only from Portugal do I have dozens of different monograms that I do not "have the courage" to attribute.
It is dangerous to attribute without a confirmation or certainty (which is very difficult to do), since it would then be a record that others would follow as acquired. In Portugal (and not only) for example the spa and beach casinos, they only opened during the season, and the game was concessioned to people who had their own equipment including the chips, and the same chips have the dealer's initials that in no way corresponds to the casinos. Next season same chips or jetons would be used in another casinos.
There is also the period when gambling was illegal and in which no casino or gambling house wanted to evade their name cards for obvious reasons.
For instance if you a monogramed jeton from France that is CA...can be Arcachon, Antibes, Ammneville, Amiens, Andernos, etc etc.
