Remembering The Thunderbird

This post will look at playing cards & Menus. A few post back I showed some room service menus so those will not be covered today.

We will start with cards used after Caesars purchased the Thunderbird in 1972
U.S. Playing Card Company - Round logo on each end of card - Box has same logo as cards

Next is Paulson Brand - Rectangle box on each end of card - Box has same design as cards

Next is another Paulson Brand - Very slight color variation as previous Paulson cards - Rectangle box on each end of card - Box has same card design but with no rectangle box logo, but has a rectangle opening to show logo from cards inside.

Next is U.S. Playing Card Company - Rectangle box each end of card with bird added - box has same logo as cards

Next is U.S. Playing Card Company - Rectangle box each end of box with ( Hotel Thunderbird Las Vegas Nevada ) Box only no cards
If you have a deck of this design red or blue I would be interested in obtaining it from you.

Next is Royal Brand - Rectangle box each end of card - Box has same design as cards

If you have a blue Royal deck I would be interested in obtaining it from you.

Next is regular cards with a souvenir label attached from The Thunderbird.

Next are some menus

Hope you enjoyed the walk down memory lane ( 2755 Las Vegas Blvd. S that is )
