That is the logo for Game On Chip Company (Game On ChipCo for short).

Chipco went bankrupt and was dissolved. Game On bought some of the assets only (via a 3rd party) but not the name.
I suspect the use of the name is as close as they can get away with to make people think they are Chipco.
