Carefully open the cardboard thingee, and recycle that for your next shipment out. The Starbucks coffee holders are okay but not as good, in my opinion, as they have to be cut down a bit. Shhhh! Don't tell Reggie or he'll stop using them.

BTW, Richard, Sho-Ka-Wah Casino in Hopland now claims to be open again, per its website, Fridays-Sundays 24 hours a day, closed during the week. Not going back there for quite some time to check it out, though.
