Strange to me, and a first, for me...
So, I sold an items (not casino related) and got paid via PayPal. I packed and shipped, using USPS Priority Flat Rate Small Padded Envelope mailer, no special services.
Item was $24.95 with $7 shipping. The tracking number showed in the completed auction listing, so all was well until eBay advised of a "Request" from the Buyer. The Buyer stated that although tracking showed delivery, they never received the item.
The automated process ask me to work things out with the Buyer, if possible, including a refund. I offered that tracking showed the item being delivered.
Well, long story short, today, eBay advised me that they, eBay, refunded my Buyer the full amount, AND, that I will NOT be affected in any way!
WOW!!!
