The casino is closed and not because of the action it is because the owner of the Hilton also owns the casino property.
He does not have a good record with the Gaming commission and they would not allow him to have the gaming license.
As long as his name is on the property as the owner the casino cannot open.
He can not lease the building or contract a company to run the Casino
So use folks that live at Lake Las Vegas will have to wait for him to sale the Hilton and the casino property so we can again have gaming
