I had a neighbor, not a chip collector going on vacation in N. Nv. I so the towns he was going to visit a couple day's each had casinos. So I asked if he could pick up a few chips for me. Explained I was only interested in older issued chips, don't go out of your way, but if near antique stores go in and ask for any older casino chips, if good condition buy a few up to 20.00. Well, he returned and told my he found 124.00 worth of chips only paid face, as he went to a few casinos. I paid him 124.00 went home to look in the bag, all very common chips, most dirty and worn. Also, most I already have, so really worth very little to me. I learned a lesson, don't ask non collectors to pick up chips. Anyone else had this problem? I feel stupid, should have given better instructions, but doubt if he would remember details. Dumb Fred
