I do not have any problem with a sugar cube pack with a " LOGO " on it as a casino collectible listed in Chip Guide. I have collected 6 or 7 different cube and loose sugar packets from the Thunderbird Las Vegas and enjoy them very much. I would bet there are several folks out there that have a few sugar casino items ( stir spoons, cream containers, etc. with Casino logos ) in their collections.
