The top chip is a prototype for this series. Although Gene's notes state 4 were made, this is the only one I know to exist.

The set of 4 were originally planned to give out (as singles) to table winners in what was going to be a long running reality TV series. The idea being that each winner got a chip (different color for different tourny format) and that they could then 'trade' a set for a prize.
2500 sets for planned for the entire show with 300 of each to be made for the first series.
In the event only a trial number (about 50 sets) were made before the TV deal fell through.
