Rich, I'm surprised that website didn't mention Jay Sarno's Grandissimo which he planned
to build along I-15. It got a lot of press and David Schwartz wrote a book called Grandissimo.
I remember back in the 60s a hotel in the shape of a pair of cowboy boots was planned for
land next to the Thunderbird. It never happened. I read about a hotel-casino that was
planned back in the 30s somewhere off hiway 91. Wish they would have gone back farther
on the website.
