I am an @home customer was well - and this concerns me greatly. As you may know, the choice of ISP for your cable company is based on an agreement between the cable company and the cable ISP.
So for example, Cox customers in one area have Roadrunner (Virginia for example) while in other areas have @Home. Comcast is an @Home customer, MediaOne customers are Roadrunner customers, etc.
The cable company you subscribe to may already be making arrangements. Cox may be able to extend the Roadrunner service to other service areas with little or no downtime. However it has been my experience that "proactive" is not a word in the cable dictionary.
In any event you can consider your email address to be changed soon. If @Home goes, then you will lose it.
