Ever was a full case of 80-81 basketball wax. 16 boxes of 36 packs for $40 total.

That's right, $2.50 a BOX. That was back in 84 when no one wanted basketball cards and distributors were blowing out the cards they couldn't sell.

I sold most of them many years ago to card shops for around $200-300 a box. Now graded packs bring that much and a full box could bring well over $3,000.

Those were the days.
