Are instead the ones that were made for the “Fun Pack” bags. Even the orange one is different than the standard 1984 issue.

These were issued without gum and were done by donruss in the 3 colors for both 1981 and 1984 production with the exact same wrappers. The only way to tell is to look at the back where you can see the bottom card and tell what year it is.

With that being said, I might actually have a set of wrappers as you probably don’t have the orange one either. I will check this weekend.
