I have had a couple replies about these chips from members.
They are thought to be roulette chips, but I cannot find them in
the Chip Guide unless I missed them in the Chip Guide ....

1st Explanation:
Order History Of The Chips: Per the ledger records of the Burt Co.
who manufactured the T-mold chips, information indicates that the
gambling supply house Taylor & Co, Chicago, Illinois, ordered these
chips on July 30, 1957. But it is not known who was the customer of
Taylor & Co. whom Taylor & Co. ordered the chips for.

2nd Explanation:
They were probably ordered for the Dunes that had an Arabian Room,
a Sinbad Lounge & Aladdin rooms - the casino being Arabian themed.
