Yesterday I went to Philadelphia and set up my "Atlantic City Token Exhibit" at the ANA (American Numismatic Association) National Show and Convention. Pictures of the Exhibit containing 227 assorted Tokens and other related items are shown below. I will go back on Saturday to remove my Exhibit and see what kind of Prize it was awarded. The Exhibits in the ANA are judged using strict standards by a panel of 3 judges. In order to receive a First Place Award you must get a high enough score from all 3 of the judges.
If I receive a First Place Award - it will be the 6th time I have gotten the Top Award in the Casino Chip and Token category at the ANA National Conventions. I will let you know how I made out this year.
Exhibiting in the ANA helps to advance our Hobby of collecting Chips,Tokens and other Casino Collectibles and also the CCA. The Exhibits will be viewed by 1000s of Convention attendees.
