I was thinking the same...selling the dogs for $1.25....the reason why a limit of 3 is because they aren’t making any money off them.
You figure ...hot dog, bun , condiments, heating the “dog” water..., labor...I bet they barely break even. It is probably mainly there just to keep gamblers going.
