According to the Chip Guide (scans are mine, dates are from the Chip Guide) -

Curacao Hilton was open 1967-83:

Curacao Plaza was open 1975-81:

Black Coral was open 1984-88

Robert Eisenstadt's mold index does not give a range of dates but discusses usage dating back at least to 1980, for a Harrah's fun nite chip from AC. The mold has been in use to the present.
