That ED chip is really cool. The USPC Co. records indicate it was made in 1914. No idea who the end user was. I have a green one. The Crescent and star chips a pretty common. It was a generic design. I see them in carousels of chips for home use and have seen them on casino roulette tables from the 1940s and 50s. The letter B chip you have is one of a series of the entire alphabet. Pretty common. There are many different inlaid B's.
