Classic eBay! Here's my seller story. I used to buy/sell/trade vintage rock and roll posters on eBay. Had about 400 sales, all perfect, 100% rating. So I sold a 1st print poster to a buyer with near perfect rating. He had one neutral. The poster was sold for $1,400. I thought all was fine, and then suddenly the $1400 I was paid disappeared from my PayPal account. It took 3 days worth of calls to finally get an explanation as I was not contacted by anyone. The buyer claimed the poster I sold him was a 2nd print, which it was not. The 2nd print had a value of about $300. A few days later, a poster that was an actual 2nd print was returned to me by the buyer. He switched posters, 2nd print for 1st and get this....The buyer drew a big giant smiley face on the back of the poster he sent me, and wrote LOL in pencil. --- I showed eBay everything and they did nothing for me.
