I suppose the casino could have been run by some one else - sort like the Sutter Club in Folsom being run by Jack Sessions using his "JS" chips. I never played there but did see the blackjack tables at the bar when we went there to see a play. Then much later I met Jack at a garage sale at his house and bought a bunch of chips from him. Too bad the California Gaming Commission didn't keep better records from the old days - we could know so much more.
