Thank you Rich for your effort to fill a fraud complaint to eBay on this seller - I am also going to do such and I hope that others will consider doing the same. I have been watching some of this seller auctions for a while now and I am appalled.

Being an casino ashtray collector, I have been watching to see if they would attempt offering such but to date have not on eBay. Ironically, a close collector friend of mine did happen to buy an ashtray from another collector that had the very same Hotel Elwell logo that is exactly like one of the shot glasses being offered my this seller on eBay. As with the shot glass, the logo is just not correct to offerings of such during that era - and nor is the glass type correct on either the shot glass or the ashtrays made for that point of time. My friend when he received it and realized what was, was able to return the piece and get a full refund.

As one looks at all of the casino logo glass items this seller offers, common sense has got to prevail as one thinks about these pieces as they are presented - simply they are fantasy pieces someone is making, and nothing more than that.

The crime I recently saw with this seller was an auction for a Moulin Rouge shot glass that went off at $94 plus shipping....and this was not the first one of the Moulin Rouge glasses that they had sold, it was just the highest priced one to date.
