Has anyone noticed the two versions of Billy's dollar chips from Cripple Creek, Colorado. The chip at the right in my scan is darker and there is a very smooth transition from the center art to the white rim. The chip on the left has a thin ring on the art work, most noticeable above the words CRIPPLE CREEK, CO. Each chip has the exact same treatment on the front and back. No doubt, the darker chip was a reorder to clean up that ring from the artwork.
