Where the IRS codes require a listing of vote by name.

Since my first post I have read numerous legal blogs and research and all state meeting minutes must be made available but not one requires a list of vote by name.
They simply state that the minuets must state the outcome of the decision along with the final vote count.

I may very well be missing something and want to make sure that the current board is aware of these regulations which is why I want to be specific.
