My response than I meant to be.

As I am sure you are aware, it becomes frustrating and disconcerting at times to constantly read criticism of the BOD on nearly every decision.

People volunteer because they want to help. Decisions are made not for personal reasons but for what people honestly believe to be in the best interest of the club. Many of those decisions are hard ones and believe me, the board can see the negative impact on many of them which makes it particularly hard when you know there will be some that disagree.

With that being said, I honestly believe that every decision made is discussed throughly before we weigh the benefits and impacts.
