The issue was brought up buy the previous administration and was approved by them. The matter did not get dealt with as far as implementation until now. I don't have the information as to the specifics as to who voted in favor or opposed. When the board in my administration votes on current issues a simple majority is all it takes for a motion to pass or fail. We do not record the individuals vote.
