In my book. Misaligned inlays are often common but the ones that make all the way into the mold AND make it past quality control are errors. If it had been spotted it would have been removed and not allowed into circulation.

VALUE is hard. What some see as a desirable error others would see as an undesirable mistake. Best course to judge value is to put it on eBay as an error chip and see where it lands.
