If the shipping label details from USPC did not show that Bauer ordered the chips and had them shipped to Cinti, Ohio. in 1926, I would not question their origen and, since I am the person who bought the chips from a Bauer family employee in Ohio, I informed Allan Myers that day and then introduced the chips to the hobby. Gene Trimble later confirmed this via his Arrowhead articles. If someone knows and has information that the JSB chips were seasonal; also used in NY, they should make this info public and remove all doubt... but, as far as I know, the JSB chips are Ohio
