In 2011 my first year on a scooter, had am SU fb jacket and left it in the basket. When I returned the jacket had been stolen. I stayed the last week inside casinos w/o a jacket and when i got home had pneumonia. 
The cold air in the casinos got me. So I always carry a jacket with me when I go to Vegas. You should too.
