We spent our honeymoon at the Tropicana Hotel Casino June 3, 1960 stayed for three nights. I wanted to drive to the downtown casinos, pasted the El Rancho Vegas said we'll stop on the way back to the Trop. Hit many casinos downtown, then drove back to the Trop. stopped and walked into the El Rancho, played a couple dollars in the slots and left. Unfortunately, we didn't bring anything back from our honeymoon. No chips,postcards,matches, pictures, ashtray's, ect. You would think we would bring some kind of souvenirs home. I guess at 21 yrs. old, I only was interested in romance,a little gambling, see a good show ( Ann Margret) and hit the pool. Only thing left is memories, and a lot of fun.
