Only things I can suggest are checking into the most common culprits for stuff like this...So I would suggest if you haven't already done so, run a virus and malware scan to be sure that's not an issue. You may want to see if your Java is up to date. If you use add-ons/plug ins or extensions with Internet Explorer you might consider disabling them one at a time to see if that resolves the issue and then re-install the offending one if you find it...Try to think back to the last time this all worked properly and then try to figure out if any changes were made to the computer such as Microsoft software updates since it last worked well.
