I won a coin on ebay about 2 months ago. I checked it's progress to me through USPS tracking. On the day it was entered as having been delivered, guess what? It never was! I called the Post Office, and only got "check with the postman". The next day, I cornered him. He had a look of complete bewilderment. Let me tell you, this wasn't the first time that something like that happened, as a matter of fact, another neighbor came out to complain while I was speaking to him. I wasn't very kind. Anyway, maybe 3 days later, the package was in the mail box. It had been opened, but the coin and paper work was inside OK. I haven't seen that postman lately.

So, what I'm saying is that the buyer may not be scamming you.
