If you would have asked me I would have said Ursula Andress who stared as Honey Rider. Typically Bond Girls would go on and have names like
Pu$$y Galore, Holly Goodhead, Plenty O'Toole, Jenny Flex, Solitaire, etc.

Maybe it is because it is the first time he appears in bed with a girl that played in a Bond movie.
I do think of Honey Rider as the first modern day Bond Girl.
