In the first paragraph, they say "cannot be duplicated readily..."
Seems a strange statement to me, gives false assurance as though one could order "protected" chips.. Maybe hard to duplicate, but apparently anyone could order those standard inlaid design chips. So anyone could ring chips into the game by simply ordering the chips.
