Jim Gellete was a great source of rare Vegas chips. I always enjoyed meeting with him at either Carl's Jr, or the the old Showboat coffee shop, and enjoyed the old stories about the old " Real Vegas ". He had great connections with some of the good ole boys. I remember buying a $5 Boulder Club Arodie, and a $200 Las Vegas Club chip from him at the first club convention, 2 of the best chips I ever got from him. Over the years I bought many killer chips from him. He would show up at the various chip shows with his famous shopping bag full of some really great stuff. He was also a major source for the Sahara plaques. Jim truly was " One of a Kind " .Many of the great Las Vegas chips that are presently in great Las Vegas collections, came from Jim.
