The “Castle” in the background is actually the Baslique Norte Dame de Fourviere..... a Catholic Cathedral. The outside is amazing and The interior is phenomenal. The ceilings are over 100 ft high and you could stare at the beauty for an hour and not get tired (well maybe your neck from looking up)

The building with the black caps is the Grand Hotel Dieu Lyon. It under renovation.
